The Jannat-e-Sakhi Islamic Trust accepts only voluntary and non-refundable donations.
However, refund requests may be considered in case of:
Recurring transaction Technical error
Incorrect amount entered
How to Request a Refund: Within seven days of the transaction, refund requests must be made. Email us at: jsitngo@gmail.com
Provide transaction ID and details.
After verification, the Trust reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
